No one really tells you that you lose control of your bladder here and there when your pregnant. The 2nd pregnancy comes along....and there it goes a little more...a sneeze isn't your friend. Trying to hold it until you get home from the store becomes a struggle not to pee in your car.
My point is...can you imagine Michelle Duggar? 19 kids...I am sure there is absolutely no control even when she is not pregnant....which is hardly ever. She must have to wear depends all the time...it just runs down her leg.
Bryant's valentines had life-saver suckers attached to them...and since there are only 12 kids in the class, that left me with about 15 suckers. I hid them in the drawer so they wouldn't be found. Guess who found them??? Mr. Bryant loves suckers...I mean who doesn't?
He is rubbing it on his face, maybe to save the flavor for later.
Daddy thought he was funny by stealing his sucker.
Today is the day that I set up the Big Boy Bed. Lord, give me strength to be patient with B as he adjusts to FREEDOM! Pictures to follow.
Update: Bed is done. Now, do I just lock him in there at night or put up a baby gate???
UPDATE #2: Here is B taking his first nap in the bed. The first night went without a hitch. I know all this is too good to be true...so I will enjoy it until then.
So Bryant has been sick for two weeks...starting with a fever onto congestion for two weeks. Guess who picked it up last week, yes, moi. I have been fighting this nasty virus, plus taking care of my family and carrying 17 extra pounds trying to cook a baby. I have only napped twice and that was while B was sleeping.
Guess who is getting sick now? Yep, you guessed Dad. Daddy is about to get a weekend dose of not feeling good and helping with Bryant. Sorry, if I have to play through....So does Dad.
There is no time for weakness with an 18-month-old.
PS. They are calling for snow tonight. That may put off our plans to buy a mattress for the Big Boy Bed.
